Pat and her team at Pattington's Flowers & Gifts really are fantastic. Even though I live in the U.S., I count on them all the time to send flowers and gifts to my family back home in South Africa, and honestly, every time has been terrific.
Just recently, I sent flowers for my grandmothers. Pat herself actually reached out to check if my grandmother had any allergies since she wanted to include complimentary chocolates with the bouquet. She also suggested adding a special treat for tea time to make the day extra special. That thoughtful gesture wasnt just nice, it showed how much she genuinely cares about her customers and the people shes delivering to.
The flowers always look beautiful and they keep you in the loop throughout. I will say...in a world where a lot of businesses treat customer service like its just a box to check, Pattingtons makes you feel valued.
Pat, thank you for making my grandmothers birthday so memorable. You really helped her feel celebrated and loved. Absolutely recommend Pattington's!

I ordered a bouquet for mom and baby.
The picture had a blue balloon and blue teddy bear. The charm of the bouquet was the blue teddy for a baby boy.
I ordered online before 7:30am. Under requests I specifically asked that the teddy be blue. The bouquet was only delivered at 3:30 pm that day with a teddy that wasn't blue. I was bitterly disapointed.

Pattingtons as always, went over and above. The bouquet was exactly what I had requested. Pat offered to print off pictures to accompany birthday wishes and even had these framed. The attention to detail and care is exceptional. Thank you Pat!
